Café Rules

1. Supervision Required - A responsible adult (18 years or older) must supervise children at all times to ensure their safety.

2. Food and Drinks - No food or drinks are allowed into the play area to maintain hygiene and prevent spills.

3. Footwear and Accessories - All shoes, badges, and jewellery must be removed before entering the play area to avoid damage to the equipment and ensure safety for all participants. 

4. No Sharp Objects - Children are not permitted to bring hard or sharp objects into the play area to prevent injuries.

5. Party Items Prohibited - Items such as party poppers, henna, and coloured streamers are not allowed into the play area to maintain a safe environment.

6. Respect the Equipment and other children - Please use all play equipment as intended. Climbing, jumping, or roughhousing is not permitted.

7. Personal Belongings - Personal items should be kept off the play area to ensure a safe and clutter-free environment for all children.

8. Hygiene Practices - Frequent handwashing is encouraged, especially before and after eating, to maintain cleanliness.

9. Behaviour Guidelines - Reckless or boisterous behaviour is not acceptable. Children should play kindly and respectfully with others. Unacceptable behaviour may result in you being asked to leave with no refund.

10. Take Turns - Encourage children to take turns on equipment to promote sharing and fairness among peers.

11. While excitement is welcome, loud shouting or disruptive behaviour should be kept to a minimum to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.

12 .Follow Staff Instructions - Always listen to and follow the instructions of our staff members for your safety and the safety of others.

13. No Running - Running inside the play area is not allowed to prevent accidents and injuries.

14. Respect Others - Teach children to respect the space and belongings of other guests; hitting or pushing is strictly prohibited.

15. Emergency Procedures - Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures in case of an emergency.

16. No Climbing on Barriers - Climbing on barriers or walls surrounding the play area is not allowed for safety reasons.

17. Play Within Ability - Encourage children to use equipment suitable for their age and ability to prevent injuries.

18. Report Issues - If you notice any equipment that is damaged or unsafe, please report it to a staff member immediately.

19. Enjoy and Have Fun - Most importantly, have fun! Little Ferns is a space for joy and creativity. Let the children explore and play safely!

20. Shoe-Free Zone - The entire play area is a shoe-free zone for everyone to help maintain a clean and safe environment. This reduces the risk of slips and falls and keeps the play area hygienic for all children.
